Celtra is building out a strategic ecosystem of channel partnerships with advertising agencies and creative production services providers. We are looking for someone with a great mix of sales, creative production, and consultative experience to help us successfully deliver on our ambitious business goals in the marketing and creative industry. Dozens of agencies and production firms leverage the power of Celtra's SaaS Creative Automation software as part of their solutions to brands.  Some of the top agencies in the world utilize Celtra’s platform through direct relationships  like OmniCom (OMG), Accenture and Brandtech, and through our existing relationships with direct brand clients like P&G, adidas, Unilever, Bayer and many others. We will grow Celtra’s business through the development of new agency channel partnerships and alliances, landing new and mutually beneficial business, and enhancing the overall value that we can collectively create for brand-side marketers and creatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build top-down relationships with production and operations executives across the largest and most influential production and digital agencies - helping these executives recognize the strategic and business value of Creative Automation
  • Strengthen bottom-up relationships with current agency Celtra Creative Automation users by partnering with Celtra Customer Success teams to nurture successful partnerships, business outcomes, great case studies, and Celtra fans
  • Hold strategic reviews with key agency stakeholders to widen current business and win new business
  • Collaborate with internal Celtra stakeholders in a number of ways
    • Celtra Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement to develop case studies, sales materials, and content and materials required to sell, promote, and win
    • Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to determine key integrations  required for agency solutions
    • Partner with Sales to collaborate on Brand-direct deals where agencies will be key partners in customer success
    • Partner with Customer Success and Marketing in the build out of the Celtra Agency Certification program
  • Engage in direct sales opportunities and as a partner to “pass-through” brand opportunities with Global agencies
  • Engage in direct sales opportunities with mid-tier production and media Agencies

Qualifications

  • Hybrid consultative client-leading salesperson
  • Deep understanding of creative production, including creative operations, work management, creative and agency organization and workflows
  • Understanding of marketing - able to understand an agency and their client’s POV, from multi-levels, i.e., executive, production, designer
  • Love of learning 
  • Many years working on large complex multi-stakeholder projects/accounts
  • Comfortable with ambiguity / entrepreneurial attitude
  • Self-starter, persistent, unaffected by rejection
  • Able to roll-up sleeves and do things an intern or account executive might do, and lead a C-Suite presentation later in the same day
  • Comfortable working with legal, finance, procurement stakeholders to get deals to contract stage and all the way to signature 
  • Able to listen and probe for solution requirements, project manage your work, and drive next steps in language that a wide range of stakeholders - from engineers to business leads - will understand
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and presentation skills
