Sr. Sales Manager, Creative Enablement

Celtra is searching for an intelligent, entrepreneurial technology seller with an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem to develop and close sales deals across the globe with digital publishers and platforms. You will join our growing Creative Enablement sales team and work with a global focus to drive the growth of new product revenue into our existing clientbase.

As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will champion new products and features that stem from Celtra’s industry-leading Creative Enablement software. Using our existing clients as your target list, you will identify opportunities to grow net-new revenue within those accounts. You will also have the opportunity to prospect and close business with net-new logos as you will be equipped with our most cutting-edge digital publisher products.


  • 5-8 years experience in an entrepreneurial business development/sales environment with proven achievement and a love for learning and doing new things
  • Proven ability to drive interest and lead sales efforts focusing on new products, initiating exploratory client discussions, qualifying opportunities appropriately and accurately, and driving a sales process from discovery through demonstration, commercials, and close
  • History of success upselling and cross selling into an existing clientbase and understanding how to navigate identified stakeholders through cold/warm outreach and driving a complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Comfortable with ambiguity -- a persistent self-starter, unaffected by rejection
  • Able to roll-up sleeves and do things an intern or SDR might do, and lead a C-Suite presentation later in the same day
  • Able to ask for help when needed
  • Comfortable working with legal, finance, and procurement stakeholders to move deals to contract stage and through to signature
  • Able to listen and probe for product requirements and describe these requirements in language that both engineers and business leads understand
  • Digital media mentality -- able to put yourself in client's shoes and imagine how effective digital advertising will move clients to take action
  • Great collaboration with Product, Customer Success teams, Marketing, and Sales leaders
  • Lead a proven sales methodology, while keeping a customer centric approach and long term partnership with the client’s business objectives

Successful Outcomes

  • Grow revenue within existing clients by selling new Celtra products
  • Push current deals in the pipeline through to signature stage
  • Work with our customer success team to hand-off client expansion for activation
  • Help our Product team to clarify Celtra’s positioning in the market and generate digital publisher and platform leads we can pitch to, learn from, and sell to
  • Position Celtra to a path of doubling business over the next 3 years
