Celtra is looking for a director of data & analytics to take full ownership over data-driven decisioning, data strategy, and data culture within Celtra. We are calling for a generalist with strong acumen for business and product intelligence, experienced in developing a function for internal reporting and consulting.

 

You will evangelize the value of data within the company, shape the strategy in alignment with top management, drive cross-functional initiatives, and develop high performing and agile teams of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers. This is an opportunity to take leadership of a function strongly gaining influence in a moment when the company is preparing for growth.

 

Qualifications

  • Meaningful experience in a similar role, leading teams, consulting decision makers within own company, business analysis, and strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of analytical processes across the whole vertical - from tech for data acquisition, through exploration and modelling, to interpretation and communication
  • Excellent communication and assertiveness, confident with C-level stakeholders
  • Highly organized, able to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Highly motivated, proactive and innovative, positive inspiring can-do attitude
  • Degree in data or computer science, business, management, statistics, engineering or other related field
