Celtra is hiring for a Customer Success Manager to help with high-touch clients. This role is based in Singapore, where you will work closely with the Customer Success Director to own all aspects of clients’ success on the platform across the Transition, On-Boarding, Adoption, Engagement, Expansion, and Renewal stages of the customer lifecycle with success measured through gross dollar retention and growth

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment with Celtra by delivering proactive, consistent communication and first-class onboarding, training/enablement, and reviews.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers, to ensure each customer’s use of the Celtra platform aligns with its campaign strategy and track success against well-defined goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the relationship, utilization of the platform, and generate leads to collaborate with Sales.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the Celtra platform to provide consultative best practices for creating and delivering rich media advertising.
  • Monitor account health and maintain strong customer retention rates aligned with corporate goals.
  • Be a client champion in identifying product improvement opportunities and work with Product to push new features and functionality within the platform to support customer objectives.
  • Work with Solution Consultants and Technical support to assist clients with ad hoc product issues, feature requests and bugs.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant BA/BS degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 3-7 years’ client facing experience in a technical advertising technology role
  • Experience working with (or for) media agencies, brands, publishers, and/or networks
  • A proactive problem solver, multi-tasker and project management background
  • An understanding/knowledge of HTML5 and creative preferred 
  • Working knowledge of mobile and display advertising and monetization, with an understanding of rich media and video
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
  • Analytical background – being able to extract and formulate learnings and recommendations from numbers and package them in a quarterly business review.
  • Great presentation skills
  • Understand the workings of a sales organization and how your actions impact revenue
  • Previous experience as a CSM with a SaaS organization is a huge bonus
