Celtra is looking for an experienced strategic sales leader focused on growing Celtra’s presence in our existing Enterprise customers. Enterprises such as adidas, Unilever, P&G, and Spotify use Celtra’s Creative Automation software to solve localization, personalization, and performance, at scale, across paid and owned media channels. As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and success of large complex global and national customers. You will also help upskill our customer success teams, and build out new growth roles and career paths within our organization. Success will be measured by hard metrics including revenue growth within your target Enterprises, as well as softer KPIs that demonstrate customer delight, adoption, and evangelism.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand Celtra’s adoption within our strategic Enterprise customers
  • Create account plans, in partnership with customer success teams, that identify growth goals and milestones; ensure customer success plans and activities ladder into c-suite initiatives and business objectives, outside of day-to-day success with our software
  • Build executive relationships and engagement across Enterprise customers, creating co-marketing and PR opportunities, and leading annual top-to-top reviews
  • Establish Quarterly Business Reviews for key accounts, in partnership with customer success
  • Partner with internal sales leads to establish the “land and expand” model of selling within our top-tier customer portfolio
  • Outbound prospect into multiple departments and subsidiaries of large organizations
  • Collaborate with Celtra Marketing on events, content, and strategic marketing programs - including playing a leading role, with your customers, in Celtra events
  • Collaborate with product and product marketing on key customer challenges that can turn into new features, offerings, and help grow adoption of Celtra’s software across the Enterprise
  • Create playbooks and processes for accelerating onboarding, adoption and growth within Enterprise customers
  • Proactively manage opportunity pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly objectives

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Account Management or Account-based Selling in the SaaS space
  • Agency and/or marketing experience required
  • Skilled presenter, communicator, and leader
  • Experience carrying a multi-million dollar book of business or new business quota
  • Capacity to provide guidance and direction to cross-discipline teams, including Customer Success Managers and Directors, Sales Engineers, and Marketing
  • Skilled in account mapping and territory planning, as well as quarterly-business reviews
  • Experienced with land and expand growth model, desired, but not mandatory
  • Experience selling into Apparel and CPG clients a plus
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal partners
  • Demonstrable and proven experience expanding accounts
  • Track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to create content and events that help grow business
  • Thorough working knowledge of sales tools, including Salesforce.com
