Senior Product Manager - Creative Enablement team

We're looking for a talented and driven senior product manager who will own (end to end) build of new products and new product features. We're facing challenges in addressing creative ad innovation, developing tools for efficient production, and simplifying distribution of ads to advertising platforms, so we're looking for creative minds to help us innovate and push our product further.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding our clients and the market
  • Driving a collaboration of the cross functional team responsible for delivering the products on the market (developers, designers, product marketeers, data analytics, customer success, sales, ...)
  • Suggesting, selecting products and features and with clear understanding of
    • why we are doing them, and
    • how they contribute to the solutions and add value for the users and customers
  • Product discovery and validation including understanding of users personas, workflows, alternatives, substitutes
  • Defining the product
  • Selecting the approach and phases (MVP, iterations)
  • Planning roll-out, alpha and beta programs

Qualifications:

  • A passion for customer focused product development and app development mindset
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in doing product management (formal title is not important) 
  • Excellent communication and project leadership skills 
  • This is not a visual design role, but we do expect a high degree of visual literacy in order to produce suitably impressive documentation and ideation materials 
  • Is comfortable working with ambiguity (drive and anticipate)
  • Brings new perspective and experiences to the team
  • Balanced pragmatic approach
  • Structured and therefore brings strong planning & organizational skills

  • Experience in building products that are used by designers (creative production, automation, authoring tools)  
  • Experience in working in international/global environment
  • Experience in scalable SaaS products
  • Experience and understanding the ad-tech, mar-tech
