Are you a designer hungry to expand your talent to big-picture strategy and concepting? Do you have big ideas, and the hands-on ability to bring them to life? Celtra’s Marketing team is seeking a Lead Designer, Marketing and Brand, to help shape the narrative and public face of our growing creative technology brand. We have a new rebrand live, and now it’s time for some storytelling and marketing. 

At Celtra, you will be joining the Marketing team, running everything from ideation through execution on the creation of campaigns, infographics, event marketing, short-form content, sales collateral, case studies, emails, website content, and ads. Our team is looking to elevate B2B marketing in the design and marketing technology space - and we need a design partner. This is a high exposure role, you will collaborate across multiple departments, including sales, enablement, our creative studio, and our product marketing team of animators and other designers to create content, campaigns, and imagery that will directly impact Celtra’s brand growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Articulate and create complex ideas and bring them to life in a variety of forms
  • Owning and maintaining art direction guidelines across all marketing materials, including emails, website, and web content, ensuring we’re being consistent and on-brand while striving for design excellence
  • Design and production of images, videos, HTML5 content using Celtra’s Creative Automation software
  • Producing event marketing materials —for our digital events — webinars, collaborations, and sponsorships — and offline events when they come back
  • Storyboard and either create or manage the production of videos that look great, communicate effectively, and drive success
  • Create and execute on visual concepts for storytelling via social platforms
  • Wireframing skills for web ideation desired, but not required
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders on work -- including content marketer/writers, demand gen marketers, sales team, product marketing team 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ work experience as a digital designer within agency and/or B2B or B2C marketing team 
  • 1-2 years of experience managing creative teams, or freelancers, a plus
  • Skilled in design, animation, compositing software 
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web content and design implementation required
  • Portfolio displaying work, conceptual examples, campaign work, and personal style of digital design and motion graphics 
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape
  • Persistence, high energy, and a passion to challenge the ordinary 
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, proactive, systematic, well organized, and rigorous about details
