Our Human Resource team in Ljubljana is searching for an HR Business Partner to provide professional input and lead initiatives that will drive and evolve Celtra’s talent management, learning & development, retention program and performance management. You will be an integral part of our Celtra HR team, which strives to create a work environment, where people are challenged to grow and develop their talents, feel a sense of belonging and mission, and are surrounded by other high-performing and diverse colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional partnership and coaching to all levels of the organization to execute on Talent Management initiatives and the performance review process
  • Lead performance management discussions of quarterly OKR setting and calibration performance review processes; proactively identify & address people performance issues
  • Advise leaders and managers on people-related issues and needs; work with them to manage and resolve performance and employee relations issues.
  • Evolve and manage global L&D initiatives that are requested, strategic, and/or new to Celtra. Understand Celtra’s business, values and culture, intertwining key elements into trainings and programs.
  • Provide guidance to employees in regard to general employee relations matters, including career development
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting comply with Slovenian law
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design, pulse action planning, visioning, and team building that support change and growth
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR colleagues to develop action plans and policies.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7+ years of relevant HR experience. Operating in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university
  • Demonstrated understanding of HRBP practices including organization design, talent management, performance management, compensation structuring and relationship building.
  • Knowledge and experience in technology businesses including a familiarity with global HR practices and policies.
  • A consultative and solution-oriented approach and a strong understanding of how to enable an organization to succeed through talent
  • Expertise in Slovenian employment requirements
  • Experience in the creation and implementation of policies that drive better performance and engagement
  • Experience in skills assessment and training
  • A track record of providing HR advice and solutions to leaders on employee performance and organizational issues
  • Demonstrated integrity via assertiveness, presence, professional maturity and confidence.
  • Strong influencing skills with managers and leaders; flexibility needed to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
