Project Manager, Customer Success

Ideally, you’ve done a couple of years at an agency or similar, have been indoctrinated in pixel perfection when it comes to any kind of execution, maybe secretly like to be put under pressure with a ton of deadlines and get a kick out of completing tasks in time. If you are still nodding than you are very likely what we are looking for - a driven, high-energy project manager to join our Customer Success team in New York for 2 months.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop campaign tasks, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements.
  • Create, maintain and organize necessary documentation and records; responsible for the quality of campaign deliverables and documentation
  • Oversee and prepare campaign team resources and campaign quotes collaborating with the business team and other cross-functional departments
  • Review, quality check and communicate inconsistencies with prescribed specs for submitted materials
  • Track and communicate campaign status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and billing sheets
  • Communicate, document, and archive campaign activities and decisions; act as a primary contact for campaign-related communication with clients
  • Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of projects between milestones
  • Guide the identification and resolution of key project issues through robust project management skills

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 3 years industry experience
  • Advanced understanding and ability to adhere to established quality standards
  • Strong customer relationship building skills, proven through continuous communication via email or task management software; punctual and on time responses are mandatory
  • Demonstrated skills using Asana or related software for Task Management
  • Solid skills using MS Office suite
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired 

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • Superior communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance tight deadlines and routine work activities
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and improve when creative work is not adhering to specific product technical and creative specs
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a team of designers to perform campaign-based work
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work as a team player and team builder
