Demand Generation Manager

Celtra is looking for a talented and ambitious Demand Generation Manager with the skills to both strategize and execute its B2B digital marketing. The right candidate will lead Celtra’s charge to develop and optimize its website, ads, media buys, and emails to help us fuel our SaaS business with more qualified leads, organic traffic, and engaged visitors globally. You’ll join our marketing team, working across channels and across the company - including product marketing and sales leads.

You will be responsible for website development and optimization, SEO, SEM, paid display, paid social, reporting, analysis, insights, and recommendations for improving user experience and conversion rates via testing and optimization. This is a global role on our newly revamped marketing team in New York. Join us in doubling our business over the next three years!


  • Own website and landing page development and optimization
  • Strategize and execute end-to-end campaigns that make an impact at different stages of the sales cycle across multiple channels with extensive experience in email marketing and paid media buying on channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, SEM, and display advertising
  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, closed business, and retention
  • Lead strategy and manage development partners for website and landing page development and optimizations; SEO, UX, running experiments, and conversion optimization tests
  • Measure and report performance of website and all digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends, insights, and key areas for optimization
  • Develop trigger-based and nurture email tracks that feed back into the digital experience
  • Coordinate with content marketing manager and designer to deploy company newsletters and emails, and develop comprehensive email testing plan to drive optimal results
  • Advise internal stakeholders on nurture strategies, email best practices, and landing page optimization
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners, such as Google, G2 Crowd, Capterra, publishers, etc. to maximize their value to Celtra


  • 3-5 years experience in demand generation, digital marketing or paid media; B2B required, enterprise SaaS (with longer sales cycles) preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytic platforms such as Pardot/Salesforce/Hubspot/Mailchimp/Google Analytics
  • Deep experience with digital channels, including email, Google AdWords (Search and Display), and Paid Social (LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Experience with website and landing page best practices, including SEO, UX, and testing/optimization methodologies to maximize conversions (tell us your best conversion story!)
  • Nimble and agile team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where direction and goals can pivot quickly to meet business objectives
  • Great communication skills
  • Quantitative and data-driven thinking to marketing ideation, planning, and execution
  • Relevant project management experience
  • Hands-on experience with CMS
