Sales Development Lead, APAC

The Sales Development Lead, APAC, will be responsible for driving new customer sales pipeline across our two major customer types – Media Partners & Brands. The role is to source new opportunities, qualify them, and aid in the sales process to then close them as new clients. Championing Celtra’s industry-leading Creative Management Platform (CMP) to premium publishers, ad networks, and Fortune 500 brands runs complementary to making significant earnings and growing your career.


Reporting to the GM of APAC, this role will partner closely with Sales and Marketing. Pipeline development will be made through a combination of outreach, conference attendance, pitching, presentations, and platform demonstrations based upon the prospective client’s current practices. You will support Celtra’s continued growth by helping partners to understand the value of the Celtra platform and the rich, interactive, and efficient advertising possibilities it enables. Responsibilities

  • Make a meaningful contribution to Celtra APACs revenue, through the achievement of individual sales pipeline targets in the region.
  • You will source new leads across the media provider landscape (publishers, networks, DSPs), brands, and their partners (consulting firms & creative agencies)
  • Leads to be qualified and presented through a filter of mutual value & scale, use insights to tweak approach and ensure the best balance of time, effort, and value produced
  • You will present, demonstrate and provide the knowledge a client needs to advance them through the sales pipeline
  • Producing weekly. quarterly and ad hoc reports and attending WIP meetings as required by the General Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of clients in Celtra’s internal systems (Salesforce)
  • Generate and report on client feedback, questions, and objections within Celtra to ensure our platform and technology meets the market’s needs
  • Maintain excellent up-to-date expert knowledge of Celtra’s CMP
  • Support the General Manager, APAC with sales coordination, ad-hoc requests and joint projects

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a client facing role in advertising, advertising technology or SaaS companies
  • A track record of achieving sales development quotas & targets with a consultative approach
  • Friendly & persistent personality with a high standard of customer service and a commitment to excellence
  • Strategic approach to pitching and a keen understanding of the difference between qualified and unqualified sales opportunities
  • A track record of confident and superb presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
  • Passion to succeed and over-achieve in any role
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, a team player
  • Flexible attitude to work hours & environment, ability to take direction and run independently
  • Understanding of mobile and desktop display advertising and the media landscape
  • An understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem
  • Fluent in English
  • BA/BS preferred with strong academic achievement
  • Legally able to work in Singapore with no travel restrictions
