Sr. Sales Solutions Lead, APAC

Through the continued development of content and trainings, the Sr. Sales Solutions Lead will connect the dots between the customer pain-points, the solutions we provide, well-orchestrated demos, and value-adding messaging throughout sales opportunities. Reporting to the GM of APAC, this role will partner closely with the Director of Sales Solutions as well as Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing leaders. Alignment of content tools to buyer personas, development of scalable trainings, and measurement of these efforts against the progression of sales opportunities is critical in this role. Overall, the Sr. Sales Solutions Lead will play a consultative role to equip our APAC team with the knowledge, tools, and support that they need to maximize revenue, resources, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product Marketing to create and deliver sales materials, sales demos, and sales training
  • Support specific sales pitch requests with appropriate materials
  • Collate and distribute competitive information and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape and provide appropriate materials to sales
  • Support¬†lead nurturing efforts
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Celtra product and value proposition for brands and publishers
  • Conduct ongoing training needs within the APAC region
  • Work with the Product Marketing team to collect and collate new materials into an accessible and organized materials library
  • Enable new sales team members to use existing materials, ensure they are ramped up and competent in delivery
  • Track and report on effectiveness and usage of materials
  • Recommend new operational processes and training programs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supporting a b2b sales organization, whether in an enablement, training, or product marketing function
  • 7+ years client-facing experience understanding customer paint-points and delivering product messaging and demonstrations that expose value and progress sales deals
  • Passionate about training and coaching
  • Do-er, proactive, independent thinker, a strong contributor
  • Excellent organization skills, you must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and dealing with rapidly changing requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - a creative thinker and solution seeker
  • Strong collaboration, planning, and project management skills with a proven ability to impact and influence a dispersed team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, confident and charismatic
  • Ability to interpret analytics, data and market research
  • Understanding of the marketing technology SaaS space and a deep understanding of, and passion for, digital marketing
  • Available for international travel as needed
  • Fluent in English
  • BA/BS preferred with strong academic achievement
  • Legally able to work in Singapore with no travel restrictions
