Celtra is hiring an Customer Success Manager responsible for driving ongoing customer success, product adoption and benefit realization of Celtra’s creative platform. As the key liaison for our clients, you will be responsible for understanding their project scope and overall goals ensuring we deliver on their needs through consistent, timely communication. This is a consultative role where the individual will influence the client in collaboration with Celtra team members across Sales, Technical Services, and Product. The Customer Success Manager will learn from incredibly knowledgeable AdTech professionals across the organization and in turn will support and guide our clients as they develop new, innovative and engaging marketing campaigns that will reach millions of consumers worldwide.

  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment with Celtra by delivering proactive, consistent communication and first-class onboarding, training/enablement, and quarterly reviews.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers, to ensure each customer’s use of the Celtra platform aligns with its campaign strategy and track success against well-defined goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the relationship, utilization of the platform, and generate leads to collaborate with Sales.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the Celtra platform to provide consultative best practices for creating and delivering rich media advertising.
  • Monitor account health and maintain strong customer retention rates aligned with corporate goals.
  • Be a client champion in identifying product improvement opportunities and work with Product to push new features and functionality within the platform to support customer objectives.
  • Assist clients with ad hoc issues or questions relating to building and launching their campaigns with timeliness and urgency to achieve client satisfaction.


  • Relevant BA/BS degree preferred with a strong record of academic success
  • Minimum of 1-4 years’ client facing experience in a technical advertising technology role
  • Experience working with (or for) media agencies, brands, publishers, and/or networks
  • A proactive problem solver, multi-tasker and project management background
  • An understanding/knowledge of HTML5 and creative
  • Working knowledge of mobile and display advertising and monetization, with an understanding of rich media and video
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
  • Analytical background – being able to extract and formulate learnings and recommendations from numbers and package them in a quarterly business review.
  • Great presentation skills
  • Understand the workings of a sales organization and how your actions impact revenue
