Celtra is hiring a Product Specialist who will enable our clients to realize and experience the true value of our Creative Management Platform in line with their digital advertising goals.

Using creative design knowledge and data insights, you will help partners create beautiful, high-performing ads inspiring them to take full advantage of Celtra’s Creative Management Platform. Celtra is the Creative Management Platform for digital advertising. We power the best video, native and rich media ads for 2/3 of Fortune 500 brands.


  • Drive adoption of Celtra’s Creative Management Platform (CMP) and it’s products, formats, features with client’s creative teams and partners.
  • Become a CMP product expert in order to provide proactive and reactive consultation, support and training to client’s creative teams and partners.
  • Build and provide a consultative relationship while delivering enablement sessions for ad design and building
  • Assist partners in interpreting creative briefs and enabling them to create those within Celtra capabilities by education and hand-holding to produce ads that look good and perform well.
  • Work maintaining client information in collaboration with product, sales, account management, ad operations and other teams to ensure holistic customer success.


  • High understanding of digital display and video advertising and evangelist for rich, engaging, interactive, beautiful creative.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to educate clients and present software externally and communicate client statuses, progress and blockers internally with consistency. 
  • Proficient in Photoshop and similar design tools; knowledge in video editing tools is a plus.
  • Experience with conceiving, designing, building digital display and video ads for smartphone, tablet & desktop devices - aptitude for creative & analytical thinking.
  • Experience working closely with or within creative/production agencies and a strong knowledge of their business practices.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) & interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and self-educating individual with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS preferred with strong academic achievement 

Good to have

  • Experience using Javascript
  • Understanding of HTML5 display and video advertising marketplace
  • Familiar with commercial 3rd party display ad serving platforms such as DFA Studio, MediaMind, Flashtalking etc
