Celtra is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager to be responsible for driving ongoing customer success, product adoption and benefit realization of Celtra’s creative platform. This is a role with uncapped growth potential, where you will work directly under our Customer Success Managers as their “right-hand” to monitor, optimize, and traffick rich media advertising campaigns using the Celtra platform. The Associate Customer Success Manager will learn from incredibly knowledgeable AdTech professionals across the organization and in turn will support our clients as they develop new, innovative and engaging marketing campaigns that will reach millions of consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the Celtra platform to provide best practices for creating and delivering rich media advertising.
  • Participate in campaign strategy, targeting and optimization; identify areas for scale and growth within accounts
  • Be a client champion in identifying product improvement opportunities and work with Product to push new features and functionality within the platform to support customer objectives.
  • Work with Account Managers to optimize campaign performance against client KPIs and communicate when faced with campaign pacing issues
  • Support day-to-day client interactions and support Account Management in the daily analysis of key performance metrics to track and monitor campaigns, and ensure goals are being met

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with a strong record of academic success
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress
  • Analytical thinker; ability to solve problems using data and marketing performance
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to provide world-class, professional client service and support
  • Desire to work with AdTech, Rich Media
  • High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive.
  • Excellent presentation skills
