Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Sr. TA Specialist will attract talent with efficiency across multiple channels, learn how Celtra views and attracts talent, and how to be successful in a fast-paced SaaS company that is growing rapidly. Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment and hiring manager relationships on defined mid-senior level roles for current and future hiring needs - focus on Sales and Marketing
  • Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, ATS, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.)
  • In collaboration with the TA Manager and functional leaders, build and deliver talent research, sourcing campaigns, and a network of potential candidates
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through a combination of deep company knowledge, leveraging multiple sourcing tools, and crafting compelling outreach about key roles and functional areas
  • Evaluate resumes and screen potential candidates to assess fit with requirements and Celtra’s core values
  • Own the initial point contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience and seamless hand-off to the hiring manager and interview team
  • Record, maintain and track candidate activities in applicant tracking system
  • Regularly track, analyze and share sourcing pipeline activity and updates
  • Stay current on external recruiting and hiring trends to influence sourcing, candidate selection, and company targeting
  • Recommend and drive improvements with TA Manager and hiring teams to screen and assess talent
  • Contribute to candidate coordination and other ad hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects where necessary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience sourcing and hiring with a focus on sales functions and roles - experience within technology organizations preferred.
  • 3+ years experience within a Human Resources functions within a corporate setting - experience within technology organizations preferred.
  • Direct experience partnering with VPs and functional leaders to build and execute on talent acquisition strategies (sourcing, pitching, building interview process, managing evaluation, negotiating offers, and closing).
  • Proven ability to understand a company's technology, strategy and culture as a means to position and pitch a varied type of positions to prospects and candidates
  • Proven ability to provide a consultative, white-glove candidate experience within a complex, global technology organization.
  • Ability to be creative, and adaptive, when positioning Celtra and roles in both verbal and written situations
  • Strong academics, BA/BS degree (or an equivalent degree) required
  • Proven ability to learn and understand complex products and processes
