Sr. Sales Solutions Specialist

Celtra’s Sr. Sales Solutions Specialists interact with potential customers in all sectors - from startups to large enterprises across industries. Solution Specialistss define and demonstrate how Celtra’s Creative Management Platform (CMP) can solve for enterprise-grade creative production and dynamic marketing challenges across digital advertising. You'll also act as a key conduit between our business development team and our engineers and consultants, both helping sales staff to better position Celtra’s products and services, as well as bringing feedback from customers back into the development of new products and processes.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Solutions, this role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing leaders. Aligned to sales objectives and targets, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to sales and customers alike, organising and distilling Celtra knowledge into a format customers can relate to and understand. This position sits across all qualified opportunities, supporting sales by moving in and out of sales cycles as required. Responsibilities include leading RFx response efforts, working with sales, product, & engineering to build out response repositories and solution playbooks.

This is a client-facing role and requires high-quality human interaction skills as well as polished written communication. This role is predominantly focused in the North America region, and may require significant travel to client offices within that region and occasional travel within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the Celtra product and value proposition for brands and publishers
  • Support all qualified sales opportunities as the lead through the solution definition and proof of value stages of a solutions selling process
  • Support discovery around existing and future customer architectures, workflows, business and technical challenges/opportunities.
  • Lead the response efforts for RFxs, including responding to product and infosec questionnaires
  • Develop and deliver customised product demonstrations and workshops for prospects as part of the sales process
  • Provide feedback to the organisation on general client demands and identified gaps in capabilities.
  • Proactively anticipate opportunities to expand or improve Celtra product offerings; identify deficiencies & technical issues with a potential negative impact on customer expectations and delivery.
  • Technical solution design for advanced use cases using Celtra’s platform APIs and product features.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering on the delivery of bespoke integrations and feature adaptations.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years supporting a b2b sales organization, whether in a sales or presales role, in achieving and exceeding territory revenue plans
  • 5+ years client-facing experience understanding customer pain-points and delivering product messaging and demonstrations that expose value and progress sales deals
  • Experience supporting discovery workshops with customers and understanding challenges and business needs.
  • Have developed customized presentations and demonstrations to prove a solution's business value to C level customers.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering on time
  • Do-er, proactive, independent thinker, a strong contributor
  • Excellent organization skills, you must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and dealing with rapidly changing requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - a creative thinker and solution seeker
  • Strong collaboration, planning, and project management skills with a proven ability to impact and influence a dispersed team

  • Understanding of the marketing technology SaaS space and a deep understanding of, and passion for, digital marketing
  • Available for international travel as needed
  • BA/BS preferred with strong academic achievement
