Celtra is searching for an intelligent, entrepreneurial SaaS platform seller with an understanding of digital advertising and marketing to develop and close sales deals with major Fortune 500 brands. You will join our growing Enterprise Sales team and work with a North America focused sales team primarily responsible for driving the growth of new revenue for our Precision Marketing (DCO) technology. 

As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will champion Celtra’s industry-leading Creative Management Platform while making significant earnings in the process and growing your career.


  • Hybrid consultative, client-leading strategist knowledge with a love learning and doing new things 
  • 7+ years working on large, complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Comfortable with ambiguity -- a persistent self-starter, unaffected by rejection
  • Able to roll-up sleeves and do things an intern or account executive might do, and lead a C-Suite presentation later in the same day
  • Comfortable working with legal, finance, and procurement stakeholders to move deals to contract stage and through to signature 
  • Able to listen and probe for product requirements and describe these requirements in language that both engineers and business leads understand
  • Marketer mentality -- able to put yourself in client's shoes and imagine how effective marketing will move clients to take action, everything from search ads, content marketing, info visualizations, and sales decks

Successful Outcomes

  • Facilitate in winning new brand clients for Celtra this year
  • Push current deals in the pipeline through to signature stage
  • Work with our current customer success team (account team) to hand-off new brand clients for activation and platform onboarding
  • Turn our new brand clients into evangelists and referenceable clients that will go on stage with us, talk in the press about us, and believe Celtra is a critical piece of their personal and future business success
  • Help our marketing to clarify Celtra’s positioning in the market and generate brand leads we can pitch to, learn from, and sell to
  • Position Celtra to a path of doubling business over the next 3 years
