Celtra is looking for an experienced Director of Sales Enablement to build, deploy, and monitor a global Sales Enablement program. You’ll partner with key stakeholders across the company to align the sales organization with supporting processes, initiatives, and strategy using relevant learning methods, infrastructure, and tools. You will support the sales team as we grow the business and make the process repeatable and predictable.

Overall, the Director of Sales Enablement will equip our Sales Org and sellers with the knowledge, tools, and support that they need to maximize revenue, resources, and productivity.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Build, deploy & monitor a Sales Enablement program supporting our entire global Sales Organization
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Celtra’s sales process and customer buying process to determine and define what skills, knowledge, process, and tools are required to increase velocity and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
  • Work with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product Marketing to create and deliver sales materials and sales trainings
  • Deploy Onboarding program for new sales employees that train and validate necessary sales strategy, processes, tools, and skills
  • Maintain and control access to a sales material library of presentations, case studies, deck modules, videos, email templates, objection handling materials, battle cards, etc.
  • Analyze ongoing training needs within the Sales organization
  • Track and report on effectiveness and usage of materials and competency level of the Sales team
  • Recommend new operational processes and training programs

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supporting a B2B SaaS sales organization, whether in an enablement, training, or product marketing function.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting a sales team to be more effective and efficient
  • Proficient in SaaS sales processes, methodologies, and skills for enterprise-class clients
  • Passionate about training and coaching
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration, planning, and project management skills with a proven ability to impact and influence a dispersed team
  • Understanding of the marketing technology SaaS space and a deep understanding of SaaS sales for enterprise clients
  • Available for international travel as needed
