Celtra is searching for an intelligent, entrepreneurial SaaS platform seller with an understanding of digital advertising and publishing to develop revenue-producing relationships and close sales deals with key publishers, DSPs, and ad networks across North America.

As a Director of Media Partnerships, you will champion Celtra’s industry-leading Creative Management Platform while making significant earnings in the process and growing your career. Celtra is the Creative Management Platform for digital advertising. We power the best video, native and rich media ads for 2/3 of Fortune 500 brands.

This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to grow responsibilities with demonstrated talent, commitment, and success.


  • Prospect publishers, DSPs, and ad networks, deliver strategic value messaging, drive sales process to close by connecting decision makers, and build long-term business relationships into enterprise deals.
  • Consult publishers, DSPs, and ad networks on how Celtra’s Creative Management Platform will enhance their creative efforts and impact through quality, scale, and campaign ROI.
  • Institutionalize Celtra’s Creative Management Platform as part of the customers’ creative development, campaign delivery, and overall digital advertising success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our eco-system and be a mobile advertising evangelist for Celtra and HTML5 advertising. Champion the needs of your prospects and collaborate with all Celtra departments to achieve sales.
  • Report on pipeline development and sales progress via Salesforce.


  • 10 – 12 years of successful full cycle, SaaS sales experience with consistent overachievement.
  • Established publisher relationships and robust network of contacts in the digital ad industry a plus
  • Experience successfully selling SaaS enterprise technology solutions. Marketing and/or advertising technology a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting.
  • Unflappable personality with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
  • Must be comfortable calling on all levels of an organization.
  • Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Experience with or other CRM systems.
  • Willing to travel as required
